Thank you for your interest in our study. The goal of this study is to determine the effects of non-invasive brain stimulation on strength and fatigability in people diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. This study will consist of two visits to the Integrative Neurophysiology Laboratory located on the Colorado State University Campus. If eligible and you agree to participate you will be randomly assigned to 1 of 2 groups. Group 1 will participate in strength testing of the leg muscles while group 2 will perform a fatigue task with the thigh muscles. Group 1 will also perform a 6 minute walk test after their strength testing. One visit will entail performing the assigned tasks with the non-invasive brain stimulation, and in the next visit you will perform the same tasks but without the brain stimulation. During this experiment we will also perform a Dual-Energy X-Ray Absorptiometry scan which will assess your body for muscle mass and body fat percentage. If you are still interested in participating in this study please fill out the following elegibility survey. Within a few days of completing this survey someone from our laboratory will contact, and if eligible we will schedule your first visit.
